Learning and coach services company seeks a sales representative with experience offering services via phone calls
Requirements:
Bilingual C1
Experience in Sales, leads generation and new clients (must requirement)
Location: San Pedro Sula (Altia) - Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
Salary: 350 USD + high commissions (600 usd per deal, after 10 it's 900 usd per deal)
Contractor (4 hours per day) with possibility to move on permanent (8 hours per day)
Key requeriments:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound B2B sales development, telemarketing, appointment setting
- Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls and maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
- Experience handling objections and navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional office environment
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Key responsabilities
- Managed warm inbound leads who were already familiar with the brand and its content.
- Conducted discovery calls to understand clients’ goals, brand challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Assessed the client’s current branding, positioning, and marketing performance.
- Presented tailored branding, marketing strategy, and advertising solutions based on client needs.
- Educated prospects on the value and impact of rebranding and strategic marketing services.
- Handled objections and guided prospects toward informed decisions.
- Closed high‑ticket service packages in a consultative and ethical manner.
- Coordinated client handoff and onboarding with the marketing and strategy teams.
