Law firm seeks a Billing Specialist with experience in Billing and Law systems

Requirements: 

Bilingual C1

Any experience in Sales, leads generation and new clients
Location: San Pedro Sula (Altia) - Hybrid 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST

Salary: 1,200 USD per month

Key requeriments: 

• Minimum 1  year of experience in billing process
• Knowledge in systems: Billers and Appeals

Key responsabilities 

• Complete Billing Cycle Management
  Prepare, review, adjust, and submit monthly invoices accurately and on time, including pre-bills, narrative edits, time and expense adjustments, and final invoice completion.
• Compliance and E‑Billing Administration
  Ensure adherence to client guidelines and internal protocols; manage and update client data in the accounting system; handle matter and timekeeper setups and submissions through e‑billing platforms.
• Issue Resolution and Client/Attorney Support
  Serve as the liaison between billing attorneys, clients, and third‑party vendors; troubleshoot and resolve billing errors, escalations, deductions, and accounts receivable issues promptly.
• Billing Process Monitoring and Reporting
  Track billing progress (WIP, statuses, setups), generate required billing reports, and perform additional administrative tasks to ensure an efficient and compliant billing workflow.
