DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION IS SEEKING TO HIRE
FUNDRAISING OFFICER

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree with extensive experience in drafting proposals for national and international funding agencies.
• Full proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written), with proven ability to write, edit, and maintain excellent spelling and grammar.
• Strong knowledge in integrated development, strategic planning, research, monitoring and evaluation, technical assistance, organization, communication, and project management.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to travel within the country.
• Empathy and Christian commitment to the social and economic realities of communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Publisher, among others).
• Technical expertise in editorial layout of reports and outreach materials for NGOs, integrating textual and photographic content in line with institutional and donor guidelines.
• Previous residence in the United States of America (USA) will be considered an asset.
