Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in payroll and billing processes? We are looking for a Payroll & Invoicing Administrator to support our finance and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
- Calculate deductions, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor regulations (IHSS, RAP, SAR)
- Generate and manage client invoices in a timely manner.
- Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain billing records
- Support administrative tasks such as document management and reporting.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for payroll and financial processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee and financial records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll and/or invoicing.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
