Agriculture company seeks a Payroll specialist
Requirements:
Bilingual C1
1 Year of experience as Payroll associate
Location: San Pedro Sula
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: 1.500 USD
Key responsabilities
- Calculating employee wages and salaries
- Processing deductions (taxes, benefits, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations
- Managing employee benefits and contributions
- Generating payslips and payment records
- Handling direct deposits and payment distribution
- Maintaining accurate payroll records for audits
- Reporting payroll data to management and authorities
