Position Summary

Incumbent provides administrative oversight of post's residential security program. Serves as the point of contact on all residential security matters between the Residential Security Office (RSO), General Service Office (GSO), Facilities Maintenance (FAC), and landlords.  Conduct security surveys of all current housing to ensure residential security standards are maintained and conducts security surveys on all proposed housing to ensure security suitability can be obtained and compliance with the Overseas Security Policy Board’s OSPB standards before occupancy.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of office administrative experience that includes managing customer inquiries, complaints, and drafting reports and correspondence is required.

Education: Completion of high school is required.

Language Skills:

English: Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) - may be tested

Spanish: Good Working Knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) - may be tested

Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Must possess the basic keyboarding skills.
  • Computer literacy on a variety of software applications, Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Google Earth is required.
