Job description
We are seeking a Tech PMO to play a critical role in a high-impact credit and debit migration program.
If you combine strong technical depth in payments with structured program governance expertise, this is a strategic opportunity to lead from the center of transformation. This is a temporary contract for 12 months.
About the Role
The Tech PMO will support a major migration of credit and debit processing toward an internal solution. You will ensure full visibility, coordination, and governance across technical teams, business stakeholders, and—when instructed—external providers.
Required Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems (issuer & acquirer environments)
- Strong understanding of brand processes (Visa / Mastercard)
- Advanced applied cryptography and cryptographic key management & migration
- Tokenization and authentication processes
- Wallet providers: Google Pay / Apple Pay
- Experience in processing migrations and CORE banking integrations
- Ability to manage complex multi-dependency environments
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in banking, fintech, or payments projects
- Experience in governance frameworks, agile methodologies, and risk management
- Experience working in multi-region or multi-subsidiary environments
- Intermediate–advanced English
